Who We Are. The ShopWell website and its services, including the Mobile App and Missions, is owned by ShopWell Labs, Inc. Information collected by ShopWell's website, app, email address, or other methods of communication are all collected by ShopWell Labs, Inc.
A Note About Children. We do not intentionally gather PII about visitors who are under the age of 13.
A Note To Users Outside Of The United States. Your PII may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of PII may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
By ShopWell. If you contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply. When you post messages on the bulletin board, chat room, blog or forum of our Website, the information contained in your posting will be stored on our service provider’s servers.
If you have a Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, OpenID, Yahoo or Google account, UserVoice will allow you to log in to the ShopWell Feedback Forum using your login information from these sites. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network. Once you allow the Website to connect with these third parties, you will be able to use your login information from these third parties to log into the Website. UserVoice, and not ShopWell, will be collecting such login information from you.
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable). We share aggregated demographic and usage information about Website users with our business partners, such as product data providers, food manufacturers, and retail stores. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with PII.
Mission Feedback. If you participate in a Mission, we share the feedback you provide with our Affiliates and business partners. We do not share your PII with our business partners. However, if you provide PII in your Mission feedback, it will be sent to our business partners.
Legal Disclaimer. We reserve the right to disclose your PII as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights (or those of our Website users) and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Mission Offers. We will send you an invitation to participate in a Mission if you appear from your Profile to meet the qualifications for that Mission, and we will send you updates regarding the end date for those Missions.
